Perspective Newsletter
The Perspective Newsletter is an emailed newsletter covering the art scene on Oregon's South Coast, reaching over 2,500 artists, galleries and art patrons.
The newsletter has been on hiatus for the past several months and is returning with the June 2026 issue.
Submission Guidelines
The submission deadline for the June 2026 issue only is May 25th, with a planned publication date on June 5th.
Deadlines for subsequent issues will be the 20th with publication on the 1st of the following month.
Content:
All Community Art Events listings must conform to the following specifications.
- Images should optimally be 500x650 pixels. They can be smaller but not larger. If larger, they will be reduced to our specified size.
- Text content (not including date, title and website link) should not exceed 200 words.
- The image below is an example of what a Community Art Event listing might look like.
- Content should be sent to the BAAA email address at bayareaartassoc@gmail.com with the word Perspective in the subject line. Emails with Perspective in the subject line will automatically be forwarded to the Perspective team. Without it, they may get lost or sent to the Spam or Junk folder.
- BAAA members, committee & program chairs and members of the Board of Directors are encouraged to follow the same guidelines, although there is some flexibility and the team may be able to help you craft your message.
