2026 First Annual BAAA Greater Coos Bay Open Studio Tour

July 26-27, Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 6 pm.

The Tour aims to encompass artists and galleries within the greater Bay Area, including Coos Bay, North Bend and surrounding areas. Sponsorship display ads are available to artists, galleries and patrons wishing to show their support for BAAA.

The registration fee will be $50 per artist. A limited number of work scholarships are available. Contact one of the co-chairs listed at the bottom of this page for any questions.

Commercial studio/galleries are encouraged to register each of their artists. Unregistered artists in those galleries will of course be visible to tour visitors but will not receive the benefits shown below given only to registered artists.

BENEFITS 

All registered artists and artist’s personal studios will receive the following benefits.

  • Inclusion in the Tour brochure (6 or 12 panels, 4.5 x 9 inches (folded size), with an initial print run of 500 brochures to be distributed through visitor centers, local businesses, public accommodations and any additional venues that we can think of.
  • Their location on the map with contact information
  • A 1.25 x 3-inch space for an image of one of their works, a short (25 word) artist statement and any two of the following items; email address, phone number and a link to your BAAA Artist Page or personal. website.
  • 10% off on Sponsorship ads in the brochure: Discounted rates are:

    - Silver Sponsor: (1.25x3 in) $22:50
    - Gold Sponsor: (2.5x3 in (Business Card Size): $29.50
    - Diamond Sponsor (3.5x3.5 in): $45

  • Prorated (50% off) BAAA membership is also available but not required. (Must be new or lapsed member.)

We are also looking for a limited number of sponsors who want to advertise in the brochure. Sponsors may be individual artists, galleries or patrons. Submitted artwork must be print-ready, JPG or PNG files @300 dpi.

Gold Sponsor $35: The ad size is 3.5 x 2 inches (Business Card size). 

Diamond Sponsor: The ad size is 3.5 x 3.5 inches. 

NOTE: Space for sponsorship ads is limited and may be affected by the number of artists participating in the Studio Tour and the number and level/size of the sponsorship ads.

To ensure that your ad is included, commit early; as ads will be placed in the order they are received, and when the space is filled, it can’t be expanded.

Amounts received for ads we are unable to place will be refunded within 14 days from publication of the brochure.
